2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been customized, engraved, or altered in any way.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Prepare the Package: Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

    (Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service for your return, as Kivora is not responsible for lost returns.)

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model or size, please contact us directly at info@kivora.site. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the return process outlined above must be followed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once you receive the item.

For returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If you are returning an item from outside the United States, customs fees and import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
